1. Cancellation Refunds
  • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled booking date are eligible for a full refund.
  • No Refund for Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date are non-refundable. However, customers can opt to postpone their booking subject to vehicle availability.
2. Refunds on Security Deposits
  • Refundable Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of INR 5000/- is collected at the time of vehicle pickup.
  • Conditions for Refund: The security deposit will be fully refunded upon the safe return of the vehicle, provided there are:
    • No damages to the vehicle.
    • No traffic fines or violations.
    • The fuel level matches the level at pickup.
  • Deductions: Any fines, damages, or discrepancies (e.g., fuel levels) will result in appropriate deductions from the security deposit.
3. Partial Refunds
  • Postponed Bookings: If a customer postpones their booking, any payments made will be adjusted to the new rental date. No additional refund will be issued unless the booking is canceled 7 days in advance of the new date.
4. Refund Process
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation or vehicle return, depending on the mode of payment.
  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during the booking process (e.g., bank transfer, online payment, etc.).
5. No Refunds
  • Non-Refundable Services: Certain fees, such as tolls, state permits, or fines, are non-refundable.
  • Late Returns: If the vehicle is returned late beyond the grace period, additional charges for the next day will apply, and no refund will be granted for that period.
6. Disputes and Claims
