Policy Highlights:
1. Reservation and Booking:
- Reservations can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
- A valid driving license and government-issued photo ID (Aadhar/PAN) are mandatory for booking.
- Bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
- The booking amount is to be paid in full at the time of vehicle pickup.
2. Driver Eligibility:
- The primary driver must be at least 23 years old and hold a valid driving license for a minimum of 2 years.
- Additional drivers must also meet the age and license requirements.
3. Security Deposit:
- A refundable security deposit of INR 5000/- is required at vehicle pickup.
- The deposit is returned upon the safe return of the vehicle.
- Extra charges for tolls/other state permits may apply.
4. Fuel Policy:
- Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel.
- Customers must return the vehicle with the same fuel level.
5. Insurance:
- All vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance, including third-party insurance.
- Losses to third parties due to accidents are not covered by BLR Jolly Rides.
6. Late Returns:
- A 1-hour grace period is allowed for late returns.
- Late returns beyond the grace period incur additional charges for the next day.
7. Maintenance and Repairs:
- Any vehicle issues must be reported immediately.
- Customers are responsible for paying for any scratches or damages during the rental period.
8. Traffic Violations and Fines:
- Customers are liable for any traffic violations and fines during the rental.
- Speed limits are 80 km/h in the city and 110 km/h outstation. Exceeding these limits will incur a Rs 1000/- fine, deducted from the security deposit.
9. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 7 days in advance are eligible for a full refund.
- Late cancellations are not refundable, but the trip can be postponed subject to car availability.
